Likewize Lucid CX Ltd provides the app entitled 'BlipScan' BlipScan may collect information which is considered personal data. The below notice provides information about such data processing.

What information do we use?

BlipScan will collect information about your device, some of this information may be considered your personal data. Information gathered may include IMEI number, IP address and general device diagnostic data. BlipScan may also gather your geolocation, as part of the location services diagnostic.

Why do we need your personal data?

This information is gathered to assist Likewize in diagnosing any faults or issues you may be experiencing with your device, as part of the claims process with your Insurance Provider.

Processing is necessary for the purpose of the above legitimate interest pursued by Likewize Lucid CX Limited, or your Insurance Provider, except where such interests are overridden by your own interests.

Who might your personal data be shared with?

The gathered information will be shared with the Likewize support agent/s handling your claim. Your information will not be shared outside of the Likewize group, unless requested by your Insurance Provider or Underwriter.

Likewize may also respond to appropriate requests for your information by law enforcement agencies.

Your information is stored within the United Kingdom.

For how long do we keep your personal data?

The information gathered is stored for 12 months. After this period, some information may be anonymised and stored for analytical purposes.

However, before making a complaint, they do expect you to have attempted to resolve the issue with us directly.
